专利说明:
Composition comprising at least one acrylate polymer and at least one silicone chosen from silicones functionalized with at least one mercapto or thiol group The present invention relates to a composition, intended for the cosmetic treatment of keratinous fibers, in particular human keratinous fibers such as the hair, comprising one or more acrylate polymers and one or more silicones chosen from silicones functionalized with one or more mercapto groups, amino silicones and mixtures thereof. The invention also relates to a process for cosmetic treatment of keratin fibers in which said fibers are treated from one or more compositions comprising one or more acrylate polymers and one or more silicones chosen from silicones functionalized with one or more mercapto groups, amino silicones and mixtures thereof. The hair is generally damaged and weakened by the action of external atmospheric agents such as light and weather, as well as by mechanical or chemical treatments such as brushing, combing, dyeing, discoloration, permanent and / or straightening. The hair is thus damaged by these various factors and can in the long run become dry, rough, brittle or dull, especially in fragile places, especially at the tips. Thus, in order to overcome these drawbacks, it is customary to resort to hair care which uses compositions intended to condition the hair in a suitable manner by providing them with satisfactory cosmetic properties, in particular smoothing, shine, softness, suppleness, lightness, a natural touch and good detangling properties. These compositions are therefore intended to protect, repair and cosmetically transform the hair in a sustainable manner. These hair care compositions, intended to be applied regularly to the hair, can be, for example, shampoos, conditioners, masks or serums, and can be in the form of gels, hair lotions and creams of care more or less thick. However, such compositions still lead too often to effects that are not sufficiently durable and which fade including washes. There is therefore a real need to implement on keratinous fibers, in particular human keratinous fibers such as the hair, compositions which do not have the drawbacks mentioned above, that is to say which are capable of conditioning the keratin fibers in a sustainable manner, in particular by conferring on them cosmetic properties that are remanent to shampoos. This object is achieved by the present invention which has for object a composition comprising (i) one or more acrylate polymers and (ii) one or more silicones chosen from silicones functionalized with one or more mercapto groups, amino silicones and their mixtures . The composition according to the invention makes it possible to condition the keratinous fibers satisfactorily, in particular by improving disentangling and softness to the touch, and this in a durable manner. Thus, the composition according to the invention makes it possible to confer on the keratin fibers satisfactory cosmetic properties which are remanent to shampoos. In particular, the composition according to the invention makes it possible to impart improved disentangling and softness to the touch, including after five shampoos, compared to a composition comprising an acrylate polymer or a silicone functionalized with one or more mercapto groups. As a result, keratinous fibers can be cosmetically protected, repaired and processed in a sustainable manner. The subject of the invention is also a process for the cosmetic treatment of keratinous fibers, in particular human keratinous fibers such as the hair, in which said fibers are treated with one or more compositions containing, taken together or separately in the one or more compositions, the following ingredients: one or more acrylate polymers, one or more silicones chosen from silicones functionalized with one or more mercapto groups, amino silicones and mixtures thereof. The process thus makes it possible to satisfactorily and sustainably condition the keratinous fibers. Another object of the present invention relates to the use of the composition as defined above for the packaging of keratinous fibers, in particular human keratinous fibers such as the hair. The invention also relates to a multi-compartment device comprising at least a first compartment containing a composition comprising one or more acrylate polymers and second compartment containing one or more silicones chosen from silicones functionalized with one or more mercapto groups, amino silicones and their mixtures.
